Delicious locally grown Meyer Lemons are juiced, zested and infused into a sweet syrup.  Mix with some ice cold water for the most refreshing citrusy beverage you can imagine.

High in vitamin C you could pretend you are drinking it for your health, but be honest, you are slurping it down it because of the magnificent flavour.

Mix with soda or still water,  add a dash to your next ‘grown up’ drink on the rocks or use as a base for a fancy cocktail.

Utterly delicious drizzled over pancakes, fruit salad or icecream too!

Very concentrated, a little goes a long, long way.
