A unique Japanese take on a curry blend.

Turmeric, coriander seed, cumin seed, fenugreek, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, nutmeg, fennel seed, star anise, cardamon, cloves, bay leaf, pimento, thyme, sage, and a tiny pinch or chilli (yes.. that IS a lot of ingredients!)

Nippon curry blend is a very mild yet richly flavoured spice mix, use it in a regular curry of meat, vegetables or tofu (Japanese Curry is so ubiquitous it is regarded along with ramen as the most popular national dish)

Create a Japanese delight like Okonomiaki pancakes or Chicken Katsu, add a pinch of Nippon curry to your tempura batter, or a sprinkle to a salad.
