Bloody Mary
The classic Bloody Mary cocktail (the only cocktail you can drink at breakfast!)
If, like me, you can't stand fresh celery, replace the celery sticks with a small trimmed spring onion.. then you have a 'Blood Nora' the Australian classic!

Ingredients
large handful of ice

ml
vodka
500
ml
tomato juice
1
tbsp
lemon or lime juice
plus 2 slices to serve
few shakes Worcestershire sauce
few shakes Tabasco
2
pinches
of Bloody Nora sprinkles
2
celery sticks ( or spring onions )
to serve
Instructions
Wipe the lemon around the rim of your glasses sprinkle Bloody Nora on a plate and roll the glass through it to make a rim of flavour.
Place the ice in a large jug. Measure the vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice and pour it straight onto the ice.
Add 3 shakes of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco and a 2 pinches of Bloody Nora
Stir then strain into 2 tall glasses.
Top up with fresh ice, add a celery stick and lemon slice to both glasses and enjoy.
Notes
For alcohol free just leave out the vodka.
